Welcome to Amy's Closet. By shopping with us or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and operational rules:
1. The Split-Lane Model
We operate two distinct shopping lanes to separate immediate stock from VIP sourcing:
- Ready Stock: Immediate inventory already present in Egypt.
- Preorder: Sourced items reserved with a deposit during limited-time brand store sales.
2. Manual Payment & Hold Rules
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for ready stock items only. Payment is collected in cash by the courier upon delivery.
- InstaPay (Ready Stock): If you choose InstaPay at checkout, your items are placed on hold in our inventory for 1 hour only. You must send a screenshot of the payment receipt to our WhatsApp (+201011617222) within 1 hour. Unconfirmed orders after 1 hour will be automatically canceled and restocked.
- InstaPay (Preorders): Preorders require a 25% deposit payment submitted via our receipt upload page. Your preorder reservation is only confirmed once our admin manually verifies the payment receipt.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold on our store is guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brand stores in Canada, the US, UK, or UAE. We capture detailed photos of hardware, tags, and stitching in our studio to provide transparent visual proof.
