Shipping policy

We operate two distinct fulfillment lanes depending on whether your item is "Ready Stock" or a "Preorder."

Ready Stock (Immediate Egyptian Inventory)

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
• Cairo & Giza: Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours.
• Other Governorates: Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Preorders (Sourced Sale-Window Items)

• Sourcing & Transit: Sourced items are purchased from official brand stores in Canada/USA and shipped to Egypt.
• Estimated Timeline: Sourcing and international delivery to Egypt typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks.
• Final Delivery: Once your preordered item arrives in Egypt, we will contact you on WhatsApp to collect the remaining 75% balance and arrange local delivery via our standard domestic couriers (24-48 hours).

Note: Carts containing both Ready Stock and Preorder items will be shipped separately, and separate shipping fees may apply.
