Refund policy

At Amy's Closet, we offer authentic premium fashion finds imported from Canada and the US. Due to the limited, drop-based nature of our inventory, our return and refund policy is strictly structured as follows:

Ready Stock (Items currently in Egypt)

• Delivery Inspection: You have the right to open and inspect your items while the courier is present. If you decide not to accept the item, you must return it immediately to the courier. In this case, you will only pay the shipping fee.
• Final Sale Policy: Once the courier leaves and you have accepted the package, the sale is final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances after the package has been accepted.

Preorders (Sourced sale-window items)

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Preorder items are sourced specifically for you from overseas brand stores. The 25% deposit required to secure your preorder is non-refundable once the item has been purchased/sourced abroad.
• No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on preorder items once delivered and accepted.
